Frequently asked questions
Are my passwords safe?+
Connected mailbox passwords are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. IMAP/SMTP connections use TLS. Passwords are not kept in plain text in the database.
Which mail providers are supported?+
Gmail (guided setup), Yandex, Yahoo, and corporate IMAP on your own domain. Microsoft Outlook support is in progress.
Does Pro renew automatically?+
Pro does not renew automatically. You buy a monthly or yearly access period and can see its expiry date on the Accounts page.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. Permanently delete your Joker Box account from Settings; connected mailboxes and cached mail are removed. Mail on your server is not deleted.
What is included on the free plan?+
Free plan includes 2 work mailbox(es), unified inbox, HTML reading, attachments, and signature — all core features.
