Joker Box

Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Joker Box is an email client. We collect the account details you give us (name, email, password hash) so you can sign in.

When you connect a mailbox we store IMAP/SMTP host settings and an encrypted copy of the mailbox password. Passwords are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We do not store mailbox passwords in plaintext.

Message metadata and bodies are cached so the unified inbox can load quickly. Cached mail is deleted when you remove a mailbox or delete your Joker Box account.

We use cookies / session tokens to keep you signed in. Pro payments are processed on PayTR's hosted checkout. We store billing details and payment status, but not card numbers. Pro access does not renew automatically.

We do not sell your mail. We do not use mailbox contents to train public AI models.

You can change your password or delete your account in Settings. Deleting the account removes your user record, connected mailboxes, and cached mail.
